Ingredients
Stew beef
1 cup of water
4 russet potatoes
1 packet of au jus mix
1 can of onion soup
2 1⁄1 tsps of cornstarch
Instructions
- Brown the beef
- Sprinkle the au jus onto the beef
- Pour in the onion soup
- Fill the can up with water and add it to the pot.
- Cut the potatoes in half and set those in the pot.
- Set the Instant Pot to 35 minutes on high.
- When the timer goes off let it natural release for 10 minutes before releasing the pressure.
- Add the cornstarch to the mixture to help thicken it up. You can remove the potatoes first since they will be in the way.
Notes
You can add onions and make other variations to this too.
