Baby Back Pork Ribs

Cooking baby back ribs Ingredients Fresh baby back ribs. Rub NEEDS TO BE ADDED. Instructions 165 degrees for 12 hours. Added some chicken for the final 2 hours. Finished them by basting them with BBQ sauce and putting them in a 300 degree oven for 40 minutes. Brush the ribs with sauce after 20 minutes. Reapply more sauce after 10 additional minutes. Wait for a bark to form! Notes One more win for sous vide.

Pressure Cooking Baby Back Ribs

Ingredients 1 rack of baby back ribs 1 c. BBQ Sauce 1 c. beef broth 1⁄2 tsp. liquid smoke BBQ / rib seasoning mix (I used Killer Hogs in this case) Instructions Remove the membrane from the back of the ribs if present and apply the dry rub seasoning to both sides. Cut the ribs into chunks of 4-6 ribs, so that they fit in the instant pot.

Pressure Cooking Bone-in Ribs

Ingredients 1 package of bone-in ribs Seasoning 1 c. BBQ Sauce 1⁄2 c. water Optional: Salt (depending on how salty your seasoning is) Instructions Set the ribs in the instant pot. Add the 1⁄2 cup of water. Cover the ribs with seasoning. I did half with one of these and half with the other. Add 1⁄2 cup of the BBQ sauce on top. The other half is for a sauce later.

Ribs 3-2-1 Method

Ribs 3-2-1 Method Ingredients Ribs. Rib rub (I’m lazy and use pre-made ones). Instructions Removed the membrane and used a rib rub. Place ribs in smoker at 225 degrees F for three hours. Wrap ribs tightly in foil and smoke for 2 hours. Take foil off and return to smoker bone side down for 1 hour. Apply sauce to ribs during the last 30 minutes of cooking time. Notes Came out tender, but not fall off the bone.
