Stew Beef, Potatoes, and Gravy
Ingredients Stew beef 1 cup of water 4 russet potatoes 1 packet of au jus mix 1 can of onion soup 2 1⁄1 tsps of cornstarch Instructions Brown the beef Sprinkle the au jus onto the beef Pour in the onion soup Fill the can up with water and add it to the pot. Cut the potatoes in half and set those in the pot. Set the Instant Pot to 35 minutes on high.
