Pressure Cooking Turkey Stroganoff

Ingredients 1 to 1.5 lbs ground turkey 2 c. beef broth 1⁄2 c. minced onion 2 c. noodles, uncooked 1⁄2 c. water 10.5 oz can cream of mushroom soup 1 garlic clove, minced 1⁄4 tsp pepper 1 Tbsp Flour 1 c. sour cream Optional: 1 tsp salt Instructions Set the instant pot to sauté with some oil in it. Sauté the ground-turkey, garlic, and onion until the meat is browned.

Pulled Pork

Ingredients 2 lb pork roast 1 cup of water Seasoning (the one I bought was seasoned already) Instructions Place it in the pot. Pour in the water. Set the Instant Pot to 60 minutes on high. When the timer goes off let it natural release for 15 minutes before releasing the pressure. Take the meat out. Notes My local store, Fred Meyers, had pre-seasoned 2 lb pork roasts for around 75% off.

Sausage and Cabbage

Ingredients Head of cabbage Onion Clove of garlic (1 tsp of minced garlic) 1 or 2 packages of sausage; around 1 to 1.5 lbs of sausage. 1⁄2 cup of water Salt Pepper Instructions Turn the instant pot onto sauté with some vegetable oil. Cut up the onion, cabbage, and sausage. I normally cut the cabbage into eigths. Put the onion and sausage into the pot. Saute for a couple of minutes, just to cook and brown it.

Stew Beef, Potatoes, and Gravy

Ingredients Stew beef 1 cup of water 4 russet potatoes 1 packet of au jus mix 1 can of onion soup 2 1⁄1 tsps of cornstarch Instructions Brown the beef Sprinkle the au jus onto the beef Pour in the onion soup Fill the can up with water and add it to the pot. Cut the potatoes in half and set those in the pot. Set the Instant Pot to 35 minutes on high.
