Pressure Cooking Beef Stroganoff

Ingredients 2.5 lb beef tip roast 3 c. beef broth 3-4 Russet potatoes Seasoning rub Instructions Rub the roast with the seasoning. I used The Dead Cow’s Rub Some Burger mix. Set the instant pot to sauté with some oil in it. Sear roast on all sides. Add the beef broth. Cut the Russet potatoes in half and add them. Put on the lid and set to high pressure for 70 minutes.

Stew Beef, Potatoes, and Gravy

Ingredients Stew beef 1 cup of water 4 russet potatoes 1 packet of au jus mix 1 can of onion soup 2 1⁄1 tsps of cornstarch Instructions Brown the beef Sprinkle the au jus onto the beef Pour in the onion soup Fill the can up with water and add it to the pot. Cut the potatoes in half and set those in the pot. Set the Instant Pot to 35 minutes on high.

Tri-Tip

Tri-tip at 130 for 6 hours Ingredients Tri-tip. Instructions Cook it at 130 degree for 6 hours. Then grill them in a cast iron skillet with butter to add a sear to them. Seared in a cast iron skillet with oil and butter. 15 seconds per flip for two minutes. Notes Came out extremely tender. 7 hours might make it a little better in the middle. Cutting a 3.5 - 4 lb tri-tip in half also could help.
